Have woken up today feeling down negative /intrusive thoughts been consuming my head for a few weeks now been of meditation for 6 months now feeling like I should try something new I can’t continue to feel like this 🥲 any advice appreciated thanks

Any thoughts and say 'delete delete delete' and force yourself to think how awesome miracle being you are - you are terrific at meditation and calm thoughts and you will eventually be inspired to help yourself whether with youtube videos just google or with art work or watching good movie or look at affirmations on pinterest- do different things until one works for you
Write your autobiography and your emotions at the time and then work on where you felt negative and turn into positives thikin - so you have good thoughts to think about
Work on yourself so you write thoughts of good behaviour good listening etc abit like resume but about life you lead
Use time to rest - keep schedule when you sleep and eat and exercise - will help you
Put all your energy on getting better to normal self or positive self
Any negative thoughts on waking can be limited by not staying in bed ruminating. Wake up and get up and do something that when you are well you enjoy.
Don't engage with negative thoughts, allow them to enter your head but not think about them. You could try saying I'm not having a conversation about this at the moment. Bring yourself back to what you were doing (the present) or imagine negative thought floating away on a cloud. Try meditating get into a comfortable position and in your head say I am calm, I am not fearful I am at peace
