Experienced with spinal cord stimulators?
I keep hoping I can improve my situation through pain medicine, exercises, physical therapy, mindfulness,
meditation
, leeches, yoga etc with no lasting improvement. I think this is about the last option I have, as far as the pain doctors tell me.

Headaches
Yoga and
meditation
aren't working. Has anybody any ideas please. They aren't the only thing that's bothering me but they are the most debilitating.

meditation
and breathing exercises just before bed, 1 hour insomnia music when I get into bed, and if I can’t get to sleep I read a book in another room.

Things I do to help myself: brisk walk, yoga,, qigong,
meditation
, supplement, red light therapy, keto diet and fasting. And I will be taking high dosage of B1 next. I am literally working on myself full time.

I have done pelvic floor therapy,
meditation
, CBT and my doctors always say Im the first they have seen and to see how it goes in a few weeks. I try not to stress and I do breathing exercises, take cool baths to help numb it and have stopped coffee too but at 51 Im now beyond desperate .

Can my life ever be normal again.
I began
meditation
treatment which did not help. I also went to a few OCD /ERP sessions, and it was extremely beneficial, to this day it continues to be a coping skill

All my memories have turned blue
And the other day I tried to do a "mental vacation"
meditation
, where you visualize a place where you felt calm and happy and safe - I chose an AirBnB in the country where we spent a weekend last April - and I couldn't even finish the
meditation
without breaking down sobbing.

The gp has referred me to see some one and possibly to start
meditation
. I been getting tired, cold easily, hair falling and heart beat faster. These are a few of the symptoms.
