Is this sepsis?
I have had this infection looking thing on my finger for a few days, and today I tried to pop it to no success, I sterilized the needle that I used and nothing would come out, Should I be concerned I have also dressed the wound with Neosporin and cleaned it out with soap and water and have put a band

My version of Greek salad
I make this as a quick and easy meal. No cooking is a bonus in this hot weather. Peppers diced, olives any sort, cucumber sliced, courgettes sliced thinly with potato peeler- you can leave skin on, red onion sliced very thinly or ordinary onion. Tomatoes- whole cherry or sliced, feta cheese crumbled

Condiment Help
I’m trying to make small changes rather than huge ones, I’m not ‘all in’ with absolute nutrition &
healthy
eating
- I just want to eliminate as much from my diet that’s unhealthy as I can without feeling like I’ve stripped everything I enjoy away.

Week 4 - Run 2
I’m feeling good about how this is all going, I’m not dreading the runs, and I’m
eating
healthy
and losing weight (around 10kgs since I started). Now it’s time for a banana and water and then I need to deploy an app, write a few more pages of my script, watch some Seinfeld then hit the sack 😂

Why there is no such thing as a healthy diet that works for everyone
Despite the sub-head, I'll be distinctly sceptical about their "new recipe for
healthy
eating
" for now. The current New Scientist has an article (and podcast).

Eating Right is Not Restrictive
Eating
a
healthy
diet is NOT restrictive, unless you consider not being able to eat the Standard American Diet (SAD) a restriction. The SAD diet has been killing us for more than 7 decades.
