Is this sepsis?

I have had this infection looking thing on my finger for a few days, and today I tried to pop it to no success, I sterilized the needle that I used and nothing would come out, Should I be concerned I have also dressed the wound with Neosporin and cleaned it out with soap and water and have put a band aid on it.

That would be something I would show my doctor if i had it.

You cannot see sepsis. Sepsis is the bodies reaction to an infection.

If it is infected get yourself to a doctor ASAP.

it might be worth getting a private appointment, do not take risks on your health i've had some scary symptoms result from infections, I recently had a numb face and had a facial spasm which was scary after getting a ear infection

If anythings going to come out, (puss), then it will only happen when it's ripe, if it hurts when you try and lance it that means it isn't ripe and you need to wait.

Definitely show Dr, you may need oral antibiotics. Dr would know.

I am all right I did receive oral antibiotics and is in the process of healing
