I work in retail and normally after I work a long shift I get these rashes that appear on my ass cheeks, and they hurt so much it genuinely hurts while walking. I get it all the time and normally just wait for it to go away and ride out the pain, but I’m genuinely getting fed up of the pain
Is this chafing?
Does anyone know what this is and/or have any suggestions on what to do about this?
Sorry for the explicit content but I have attached pictures for reference.

I don’t want to go to doctors about something that seems so minor at the minute with everything that has gone on. I’m sure it’s something minor but just irritating. Just looking for an at home fix
This forum is not a substitute fir consulting your doctor. We cannot diagnose as we are not doctors. Don’t leave things too long. It is not wise to wait until you have a crisis situation. Take care.
Some creams as mentioned may help, try changing your type of underwear. Something looser or with less movement, just different from what you currently wear to try it.
These rashes are because of heavy sweating. Sensitive skin tends to get irritated and leads to rashes. Try wearing loose fitting trousers, cotton underwear and use talcum powder (baby powder) for about a week.
But Calmoseptine, you can get it over the counter. Usually is not in the shelves so ask the pharmacist, tell them you buy it here if they ask for a prescription. This is the best thing for rashes.
