The second run on week 4 done! I actually started off with a lot more pace than usual so the last run was a bit achey on the calves but I felt good throughout. The app actually paused for some reason so I’m sure my second 3 minute run was way longer, I was waiting for Jo and not hearing her lol.
I’m feeling good about how this is all going, I’m not dreading the runs, and I’m eating healthy and losing weight (around 10kgs since I started). Now it’s time for a banana and water and then I need to deploy an app, write a few more pages of my script, watch some Seinfeld then hit the sack 😂
