Home made gluten free white bread. 🍞
Hi everyone, I make lots of variations of gluten free bread and this is a simple recipe.
350g gluten free white bread flour I used Doves farm.
300ml lukewarm water with a teaspoon of brown sugar and 2 heaped teaspoons of dried yeast left to wake up and go frothy on top.
1 Table spoon of olive oil, 1

I make this as a quick and easy meal. No cooking is a bonus in this hot weather.
Peppers diced, olives any sort, cucumber sliced, courgettes sliced thinly with potato peeler- you can leave skin on, red onion sliced very thinly or ordinary onion. Tomatoes- whole cherry or sliced, feta cheese crumbled

Eating a healthy diet is NOT restrictive, unless you consider not being able to eat the Standard American Diet (SAD) a restriction.
The SAD diet has been killing us for more than 7 decades.
