Starting again?
My last “big” run was 10th August , so obviously in that time I’ve lost a lot of
fitness
. Do I need to restart the program, or go back to a specific week? What are your thoughts? Thanks so much!

Marathon in Belgium?
and ultras (pffff, anyone can do that), but also stuff like 24 hour non-stop races, carrying his own supplies, in whatever surroundings. 20 years ago we talked music and anything associated with it. 20 years later these two benign gentlemen talk hydration, strength exercises, running clothes, general

Hi, I am a newbie to this forum - hello to you all - I am looking forward to being inspired by everyone's success and hope that I can provide some words of encouragement along the way! I haven't started my journey yet, a weeks time is best for me to start, once the children have gone back to school!

I do like the river and now Willow does too
The best bit though is what Willow said when I got in the car, he said “that was great we’ll run here again and not even that busy on a saturday morning” Garmin hates us both and added a year to each of our
fitness
ages but we don’t care 😀 Happy running, happy weekend

43 Month Transdermal Estradiol (tE2) Update
Our kick-ass condo
fitness
center was closed for many months during the pandemic and I exercised very little until the recent reopening. I have been spending 25 minutes on the cross trainer elliptical and 30 minutes of weight training.

Longest run ever, but aching while running.
Up to now the limits on what I could achieve seemed down to
fitness
levels, but this was different I really ached. I wasn’t injured, and when I finished I felt fine after a few mins walking and resting.

Post Holiday Run 🏃♀️
I had a lovely hol and the runs were great but I’ve no doubt lost a bit of
fitness
, so I was a bit nervous setting off earlier. Anyway, I decided on a slow 8k with a few hills, and took it very slowly.

Ups & Downs and not being too hard on myself! Wk4 run 1 navigated. How is everyone else doing?
But managed to bang out Wk4 run 1, yesterday with not too much problem so my running
fitness
certainly is getting there. How is everyone else getting on?
