Hi :)
I'm 19 years old and I am trying to get into the habit of healthy eating and
fitness
. It has finally got to the point where I am starting to realise I need to get my butt into gear and try to get fitter and healthier.

Rope jumping
Hiya, I was thinking about doing something besides running, something to increase my
fitness
level a bit more. Somehow I came onto rope jumping and ordered one yesterday, which should arrive today. Now I was wondering, I'd like to do the rope jumping every day.

I Never would believe that at 48 into

Here's What you should 'eat' to fight prostate cancer....
Ideally, you should work with a trainer who can help you develop an individualized program that takes into account your current physical
fitness

I think my fitness tracker was wrong
Decided to try nrc so set off this morning to do 5k with Coach Bennett. Great run BUT my Garmin kept telling me that my pulse rate was 0. Decided it was probably wrong. When I got home I checked my details. As I thought, my heart had been beating. So much for trusting science :)

From C25K To 10K for mere mortals 😀
Not interested in hearing from
fitness
junkies or hitting PB's... just "normal folk" 🤣. Would like to know how you found the transition (highs & lows) and any tips.

Graduate Round 2
So my new goal is to keep up the running 3 times a week over the summer holidays mainly to keep my sanity but I'm hoping my
fitness
will improve even more too. I'm going to stick at 30 minutes, no distance measuring just the 30 minute run is all I'm after.

2nd Heart Attack
My life started to improve and although my
fitness
levels where not where they use to be I felt my life was going in the right direction. Then two weeks ago I had a 2nd HA another silent one. Although they said this was a small heart attack it has done more damage than the one in 2017.

Plymouth Half ... ✔️ Done
A recent issue with my leg forced me to take some time out of my runs in order to prevent a niggle turning into an injury and although my leg did not cause any issues on the day, my
fitness
level has clearly dropped off.

Motivation needed
I’ve lost all my
fitness
and now it seems like a chore. I feel I need to start again and would love to hear what motivates you. What made you start running? I’m nervous of running with others and like to run alone, has anyone overcome this and gained strength from others?

VO2Max, what’s it all about?
In tandem, my
Fitness
Age has gradually increased over the year from 57 to 69 this morning. I’m 65!! I’m half expecting an advert for Simplicity Funerals to pop up. The thing is, is Garmin aware of an oxygen intake problem that I don’t know of? Please don’t advise seeing a GP.

My heart failure journey. (Sorry long post but it may give those recently diagnosed hope)
I can no longer keep up with my husband, we were always pretty equal on the
fitness
front. I worry sometimes that this indicates my heart failure is progressing. However, my husband is exceptionally fit and healthy for 60, so isn’t a good benchmark for me.

like cycling and running with the daughter is mind boggling to say the least, when you think you are going forward something else knocks you back a few stages, update 2nd dose of Pfiyzer biontech vaccine 1 day later side affects started think I have taken them a little stronger
