Hi guys I’m fund raising for lupus U.K. awareness month by committing to walking / jogging or even running one mile each day through out October! This is not easy for me given my fitness has been on the lower side and I had a Caesarian for my first baby 4 months ago! Please sponsor even just £1! Im also dragging my sister along every day! :) x

Hello! I’m fundraising for LUPUS UK. Here’s my JustGiving page, if you’d like to donate: justgiving.com/fundraising/...

I'm doing this too but it hasn't started well - the sun is out so I'm going to have to wait until tonight before I can get out. I'm hoping that if more people become aware of Lupus it might make it easier for us to get certain medications which will mean I no longer need to be a prisoner. Good luck with your mile a day!

Hi how did it go? Me and my sister took our kids out last night for a mile jog! I’m mustering my energy now to go for day number 2 in the rain! Good luck for yours :) xx

Ooh, that's brave! Well done you! I'll be sticking to walking, that's struggle enough some days. Days 1, 2 & 3 done - 4.74 miles so far and I've passed my £31 Just Giving target. How are you? Did you jog days 2 & 3, or take it a little easier? x

Oh that’s brill, like you say your pushing yourself out of your comfort zone, so walking is great too! Well done on the total as well! Yeah I did a walk on day 2 then I went for a jog this morning so I’m feeling good! Keep me updated 🙌🏽⭐️

I'm trying to keep that many things updated I don't know where I'm up to! Bit of a knock back a couple of days ago - I tripped over a hidden tree stump and ended up flat out, literally, on the ground so I'm a bit battered and bruised but it'll take more than that to stop me. Day 6 and I'm almost at 11 miles. How's the jogging/walking going at your end?
