Happy and blessed
I would strongly recommend anyone , regardless of age, condition and
fitness
to have their heart checked on a regular basis . I thought I was fit and healthy! Am recovering well, walking up to an hour each day, eating healthily and about to engage with the cardio rehab nurses .

A new PB to end the week
I've run 3 times during the week, just 30 min runs each time to keep my mental health in check (and my
fitness
of course). But have promised myself that I will try to run 5km every Saturday - my (not)parkrun.

Geoffa1 ablation recovery
I have been concurrently recovering from a RTKR so my aerobic
fitness
was limited by quad weakness. Both seemed to turn around at the same time so my aerobic recovery has recently tracked with leg muscle recovery. Can now regularly do 6000 step days back to back with a range of activities.

Asthma and exercise question
Also if anyone knows how long until you start to notice improved
fitness
after starting doing cardio exercises that would be great. Many thanks

Update on the pace part of my pace and ablate. Could be a long post!
While stitching me up he asked about my age and health/
fitness
when not in AF and eventually said he would like to offer me another shot at an ablation, this time with him ( Dr Leong) as he apparently does 90 percent of the hospital ablations and under GA.

CBT OIL UPDATE AND DWP
Had an unpleasant letter from the DWP re
fitness
to work. I'm struggling with mobility, no longer feel comfortable driving partly because both knee caps need replacing and there is a long waiting list to have them replaced.

Week 3, Day 1
Am loving this app, I haven't run like this in years, I am thoroughly enjoying it, struggling a lot too,
fitness
takes a long time to get back! Just completed Week 3, Day 1, I hope I can keep up the momentum and motivation.

Now I decided to carry on and from next week I will start BUPA 10 mile training programme, which I thought I will start on the Beginner level, as I still don't think my

Urgg, how quickly does fitness drop off?
Iโm amazed at how much
fitness
Iโve lost. Hoping it comes back as quickly as it cleared off. Donโt feel too sorry for me, the last 3 weekends 1. Weekend camping with the lads - too much beer 2. Stag do - too much beer 3. Stomach upset - I suspect caused by 1 and 2 Iโm going anti-social againโฆ..

So whilst Iโm badly missing running out in the great outdoors with all of you, my virtual running buddies, Iโm still rowing, now daily, to keep my
