Looking for advice please,I am on Apixaban,just started taking Vit D and Zinc for winter months.

I suffer with joint pains,walk everyday,do a fitness class once a week, oddly no pain or discomfort when doing this just get pains in the evening,so looking for supplement,I can take any ideas,when you go to chemist they say check with doctor,I really do not want to bother a doctor with this if possible!

Do you know what’s causing you pain? What type of pain, inflammation? Where are the pains? Just information, women do not experience heart attacks in the same way as men, look it up. I have got pain in my hip, lower back and between my shoulders, which may be one sign of HA, but I’m certain it Metformin and/or Apixaban. Arthritis can be caused by inflammation in the body, so diet can be looked at 💗
