Week 7 done
One thing that has kept me going is the improvement in my fitness (according to Garmin). Every time I run my fitness age gets lower. When I started my fitness was pretty poor and my fitness age was higher than my actual age.

I’m slowly starting to build myself a diet plan & fitness routine that will work for me. I eat a healthy balance of meat, carbs, fat, veggies & fruit.
As for fitness, I'm slowly finding getting into a working out. I just need to find what works for me now. I want to be accountable for my journey.
