Distance, time and speed.
So I've Bridged from 5 - 10 km 😁 My understanding of improving pace is upping the longer slow runs, building endurance which I think in the physiology explanation increases aerobic

. So time to test this out.

I realised only once having come back from work that it was national
fitness
day. So what to do? Jump on the rower? Roll out my yoga mat? Go for one of those quick seven minutes runs, just before dinner? hmmmm..,.. Not quite sure yet. So what has everyone else been up to on #NationalFitnessDay?

I think the fact that I walk 3 to 5 miles with the dogs, every day of the year, in all weathers, may have kept some base level of

Encouragement needed!
Now I can't run 100yds, have lost all my
fitness
, and am overweight. My trouble was that I hated running, all I can think of when I'm running is getting to the end, and I just gave up really. I want to get back into it, but since I hate it so much, I need some tips!!!

Hi guys I went to gym last night, I did circuits, lots excercise stations. I dont run between stations, or run any were for fear of snapping my pelvice, and start chemo doxetaxel next week. Im 49 healthy(but putting on weight and getting wobbly bits)been on hormone injections for over 4 months I

I’ve never been bothered by my speed, reasoning it is what it is and with continuing to run my speed and
