UK NICE Approves Ibrutinib +Venetoclax for First Line treatment for ALL Patients from today
This treatment is without restriction regarding
fitness
etc as so many others are but obviously your doctor will decide if this is suitable for you. Patient and our charity advocacy was critical to this approval for all patients as the initial application was only for TP53/17p patients.

Legs and hips are no problem and my
fitness
is otherwise good. Physio has now referred me to MSK and hope I will get the scan/x ray I have been requesting. Is there still some PMR lurking around or does the body recover in a different way now? Any insights gratefully received xxx

Increasing hyperactivity concurrent weight loss
Do other people experience what feels like an increase in hyperactivity with an increase in
fitness
and or have had to adjust their meds accordingly?

SWOLLEN FINGERS & BLEEDING AT THE CUTICLE?
Seemed to reach a point of excellent strength &
fitness
w/ my cycling & then "CRASHED"! Not literally, however, my Platelets shot back over the 1M marker, all sorts of weird RBCs emerged; WCCs crashed; LDH 500s+ & massive fatigue took hold... (?)

Post Covid Rehab
Whilst it turned out better than I expected (no shortness of breath and no aches or pains) it showed me how much
fitness
I had lost since my last run 10 days ago. Monday coming would have been 19k. That is out of sight.

Exercise is the fountain of youth
I was in charge of

Fitness
Instructor. I laughed but he was serious, it changed my life. I still teach on Zoom with 2 other instructors & I have been on W&W for 13yrs now & I contribute that to Exercising.

I've even been able to start returning to my job as a
fitness
instructor working in gym. Something at times people said I wouldn't be able to do.

Week 5 Run 1 πββοΈππ
Perhaps a little fast for my current
fitness
level, but I recovered in the 3 minute walk. I had planned this run so that part of the last 5 minute run was downhill; it yes, Iβve done this many times before, I need all the help I can get!

High heart rate from just walking
Hi all, suddenly started with abnormally high heart rate since I was out on emtb bike on Saturday, I did try to keep heart rate up on the bike for
fitness
but did find more fatigue than usual (140-155) over 20 miles, but went for short walk on pretty much flat ground yesterday for under two miles and

Best medication
I wear a
fitness
tracker and my heart rate is fine, also I was checking my blood pressure and pulse for the days I was on medication and it was always OK.
