I am feeling so stuck and a burden to others.
I have been at the top of my game health and
fitness
wise years ago and at the same time suicidal. I just dont know and who I can really turn to all that I seem to hear is from others besides ignoring me is that Ill contact you later but they never do.

Get in the swim
Pre PMR I ran 5k every other day +
fitness
training workouts etc. I’ve tapered from 20mg to 6 in the last 3 months and so far so good but I miss the exercise! I tried running gently for about 2k and suffered very sore hips for 3 days as a result.

I am 52 years old and had good
fitness
until the DVT struck. I had been drinking red wine around 3 small glasses a night whilst on the monitor. My plans to to get rid of alcohol are in place.

Feeling the
fitness
slowly coming back is so rewarding. So the plan is complete the 9 weeks, consolidate for a while and then back to the 10K Magic Plan (which I nearly got to the end of before the calf injury). You’ve got to have a plan! Happy running everyone!

instagram fitness is exhausting
Like I’m a normal girl with not that great of a figure trying to be healthier but sometimes by following some of these
fitness
influencers for health I believe I get more discouraged.

A 10K in the sunshine ☀️
At the end I was really tired but the pace was comparable to how I was running when I was at peak
fitness
. Not quite there yet - but pretty close! My heart rate climbed up a little with each km and I ended up with an average of 150.

He says he needs to focus on his own
fitness
so he can look after me when I go downhill. He's limited in mobility after a bad accident where I nursed and cared for him and is focused on his rehabilitation understandably. But I feel very alone. Anyone else in a similar situation? I cry every day.

week 9 run 3
As I had said briefly on my opening post, I have really noticed a difference in my
fitness
and weight since turning 40 last year. I instantly felt a shift in my hormones and I’m now carrying weight around my middle when I have not had that problem in the past.

Have just been diagnosed with bradycardia. Resting BPM 28-30.
My
fitness
monitor sent me a warning to say my resting bpm had dropped from 50-35. Went to Doc yesterday who did ECG and diagnosed #bradycardia. Am scheduled for pacemaker but since then bpm has dropped again to 28.. I am still upright and wondering at what point I conk out?

Folding Treadmill
I also seem to beat myself up if I miss a run day, thinking I will lose all my
fitness
. Anyway, just wondering whether it would be worth buying a treadmill to use at home, while the nights are dark, wet and cold ?? Anyone got any advice. Thanks in advance !!

Support and Advice
Before any of my illness I would say that I had a good level of
fitness
and at the present time I cannot do any regular exercise due to pain and fatigue. This is so frustrating for me.

I’m worried I’ve lost the momentum and the

and if I don’t do something I’ll lose the enthusiasm as well. Any advice please?

Lurgy again!
I'm frustrated but know that logically I'm not going to lose
fitness
if I don't run for a few more days. And some days running is simply not possible and "rest"(*) really is the best idea! Happy running and rowing and exercising for those who can!
