Are SSRIs harmful to the liver?
In terms of
fitness
, I’ve gotten in shape ever since I was diagnosed with NAFLD I’ve dropped 60+ lbs. I am 135 lbs and 5’7ish, and in great shape, I go to the gym at least 4 times a week.

Favourite 30 min Row
But I still had a strong cardio
fitness
and could do arm weights sessions. Discussing it with other friend-runners, I do wonder if a lack of protein had anything to do with it.

Ester C - you may want to reconsider
One massive and unexpected bonus is the increase in energy levels which is helping my return to general
fitness
So having discounted vit C for decades it may well be. a long term keeper Well worth another look :)

Diagnosis - Possible Austism/Aspergers advice needed
I was already signed off by the DWP from work
fitness
and put onto PIP for general depressive illness, but no diagnosis. I had multiple breakdowns last year, not for the first time but it was just one of those years where anything that can go wrong, will.

Starting Over
I’ve found though I’m a lot less tired after these initial runs than I remember being first time round so it looks like I’ve retained some level of
fitness
over the 11 weeks off. Left me wondering am I being too cautious? Has anyone else been in this situation?

A little progress
No signs of blood, no swelling and no bruising and I don’t know if that’s down to my
fitness
or what? It looks like it is going to be a longer recovery time of upto 16 weeks for a 3C tear. Happy in someway I know what the injury is but gutted in someways that this could be a long journey back.

Cheerful realisation at end of long few weeks!
I actually got to where my 'favourite' distance is at theTen Mile events :) So, today I was bemoaning how much '
fitness
' I have lost when it struck me - my breathing was 'OK'. As a matter of fact, it was - and this is the very first time I noticed this - 'regular'.

Annoyingly high heart rate
I love
fitness
and have not done any cardio for 15 months since I was diagnosed with a leaky ( to put it mildly) valve. I am just scared to do anything that bumps up my HR too much. I understand its relatively early days but I can’t seem to stop obsessing over my HR.

Accuracy of heart monitors during exercise
Yet I'm often reading concerns on this forum about HR readings on
fitness
monitors, fitbits etc. and wonder if there is a truly accurate device beyond those used by cardiologists such as monitoring bands that anyone here uses during exercise?

S&F Catch-Up: In April, April, I do what I will!
The air and temperature tempts you outside, but there are competing pleasurable chores or activities, so
fitness
workouts have to adapt.

palpitations and exercise - do I ignore the palpitations and ectopics?
My levels of walking
fitness
are now shockingly low - although I do gardening every day. Upper body movement doesn’t affect it. Should I force myself to walk through the palpitations or should I stick to pootling and have an unexcited heart? Thanks everyone.

Bridgefeast--nice post! More on exercise
I had intended to open a one on one
fitness
business--well then. I have tens of thousands of dollars of equipment yet continually go back to an adjustable chest expander while watching television and having morning coffee. I found a good video demonstrating a few exercises with a chest expander.

My
fitness
dropped and I gained weight, a Covid stone plus another for good measure. I was finding it hard to get back into running, so at Christmas time I set myself a goal to run a 10K race and pick an event for the end of April.
