I always loved the natural high that exercise brings but I never really knew how totally therapeutic it is. I was always the Captain in Team Sports growing up & just generally active. Things slowed down during college & never got added to my ‘adult’ life of creating a career & family. Anyway, after my 2nd Total Knee Replacement & a 50lb weight gain due to job related injuries. I was in charge of fitness classes at my church & the instructor suggested that I become a Fitness Instructor. I laughed but he was serious, it changed my life. I still teach on Zoom with 2 other instructors & I have been on W&W for 13yrs now & I contribute that to Exercising. I have a Custom Kitchen & Homegym where I do at least 1-2hrs of Cardio/Weights/Core & due to the Inflammatory bowel syndrome caused by stage 4 CLL Leukemia I am a Raw Vegan & Juicer💪🏾 I want to delay western cancer treatment indefinitely 🙏🏾

Exercise is the fountain of youth
Wow that is impressive. I played sports in high school, tennis as young adult until I couldn't pick up the ball because I was pregnant. Well after kids I remained a walker as I could take my kids with me in stollers and on bikes. I walked to work when I could and walked on my lunch hours. I am still a walker and considering lifting weights. Unfortunately I am in treatment with Alacabrutinib. I have a health ryder that I don't use regularly because it is boring to sit there going up and down. It is kinda like rowing sitting upright. It is a workout though.
Don't shoot the messenger but if you have inflammatory bowel syndrome I do not think that raw veganism is the way to be. Quite the contrary. For all I know it's a contributory factor to that condition. Read this for more info:marksdailyapple.com/crohns-...

IBS is one of the most frequent conditions cured by paleo.
The key to finding the Fountain of Youth is to adopt a fit and healthy lifestyle that promotes optimal performance and dramatically lowers the incidence of chronic illness, frailty, accidents, and immobility. The best treatment for postponing and avoiding the detrimental effects of aging is still regular physical activity.
