New to group and a survivor with encouragement!
I found a great
fitness
program that has helped me get strong again. I've lost 50 pounds. It took me forever to get to this point, but I'm doing great now. I'm the happiest I've ever been. I used to lie in bed at night thinking my life was over, and I was in terrible physical pain.

First Crossing of the 10K Bridge this year.
I recently joined my local running club again and bit by bit my
fitness
is improving and my times are improving. This morning I ran with a group at 8am to do a long Sunday run. I managed it with a nice average 6:20 min/km pace and did a full 13K. I’m wrecked now.

#Walk1000Miles - How is everyone doing on the challenge?
Having said that, my Apple
fitness
rings tell me that I have increased my movement and workouts in February , compared to January. As mentioned before, it’s not all walking.

Vaginal oestrogen and gyno (man boobs) on husband
My (younger) husband is a health and
fitness
person who is super toned and fit. Weeks into me starting vaginal oestrogen, we both noticed he developed gyno, i.e. man boobs. They were clearly a new thing and he had not changed his diet or lifestyle.

The Best thing about Memories? They belong to me...
I am not feeling at the peak of
fitness
, but the sessions of strength work and stamina plus the routines with YWA have keep the old snail moving. I set out my gear last night...winter weight leggings and a long sleeved T. Buff and cap.

found my Mo….
was shining but it wasn’t all that warm and I was running in the shade of the trees so I had my natural parasols… I started with my warm up..5 mins…I decided to just go to week 5 run 1 so it’s an interval run…run 5 mins, walk 3, three times…it felt easy peasy…I was happy that I’d not lost any of my

Hello, new here, trying to get back into

Walking Is A Godsend. And HRV Monitoring Has Helped Too.
I use an HRV (heart rate variability) app on the phone to keep track of my
fitness
/energy/stress levels morning/evening. When the app starts going red/orange I take it easy and do meditation with deep breathing which settles things down pretty quick.

Short Version: I’ve got a small head, I bought a head-torch, sent it back, did some running.
Apart from the head, I’ve got long arms, little legs, one foot bigger than the other and a torso wedged somewhere between medium and large (depending on where I am in that
fitness
/ slobbery waltz that endlessly swirls, turns, and often face-plants smack-bang in the middle of the dancefloor).

Exercises when you can't run
Any advice on exercises I can do to keep up my cardio
fitness
that don't involve moving my feet (I'll be OK to stand and can move upper body OK, just nothing that involves banging my foot down) not sure if I'm asking the impossible but thought it would be worth asking anyway.

C25k - Done & dusted? A challenge, certainly; rewarding? You bet!
The programme has taught me that running 30 min x 3 times a week will provide a useful base to maintain, or maybe even improve, aerobic
fitness
, as well as being a foil to regular yoga practice. My approach was to run on a day about basis.

I don't want to start treatment ever, however I know that I probably will at some point.
In that time I have lost weight 340->250, gone 100% Plantbased 50% RAW (dehydrated foods to keep in the enzymes) Exercise Daily, even teach a 1hr
Fitness
Class twice per week. I have started using supplements to improve my immune system & attempt to increase my platelets.
