I am doing it to get my
fitness
back but seem to have lost my enthusiasm for running. I am 77 and I know I need to exercise to get my heart rate up and not be a couch potato. Any ideas on how to get my mojo back

Improving your fitness in persistent A-fib
I was hoping to find some advice that would guide a-fibers as on an exercise programme (and/or principles) on how to optimise the limited time they have during the week to increase their
fitness

What now
[/i] So I'm up to 28 minutes and covering about 3.4km and happy enough with that
fitness
gain. The question is what do I turn to now to keep it?

Starting back on the journey to fitness
I started back on the couch to 5k finally after a lot of time for illness in my family. I did a Park run on Saturday with Hubby and week 3 with Laura and smashed it. Straight into week 4 next week. Here is to building back better than last time. I am the one in a Santa hat waiting to start. It’s freezing

Here I Go Again
I started C25K during the pandemic and then let it go with the ensuing (not entirely) unexpected loss of
fitness
and increased flabbiness. Then I was 75, and now, 3 years later I’m going to have another go with a little more determination. I’ll let you know how it goes. Wish me luck.

Exercise
She is now moving on to exercises to improve my general
fitness
. She has kicked me off with using an exercise bike for five to ten minutes a day, on days when I am doing not much else. What do other people do?

What about a fitness program that is specifically for individuals with osteoporosis?
I have been doing online
fitness
classes with Meg Stickl with A.I.M
Fitness
in Canada for just over a year. I have lost 10 lbs., have improved stamina and strength, and feel great! I have an appointment with my medical doctor to review my latest DEXA results.

True Love's Kidney: Overcoming Kidney Failure Together
Fitness
instructor, influencer, and businesswoman Tatiana Zambardino knows how to work hard and face challenges head-on. So, when her then fiancé, now husband, Michael, was diagnosed with kidney failure, she didn't hesitate to step up, first as a care partner and then as his living kidney donor.

Max Burn Pro II for RLS
I have heard of an individual who uses Max Burn Pro II
fitness
plate and feels it helps improve her leg circulation and RLS. Are any of you aware of this device and if it is helpful for RLS? Any information you can provide would be helpful. Thanks.

Exercise and resting heart rate
Does anyone feel their resting heart rate is too low compared to what it usually is and their actual
fitness
level is not reflective of their lower resting HR? Based on max heart rate during a buggy run I think the RHR is being falsely lowered by hypothyroidism.

new to the group
I could say I have a pretty good idea of nutrition and
fitness
, but since having unsupportive environment the past couple of years, my
fitness
levels have declined, I gained 12kg and I know WHAT to do to go back to my "regular". The problem is in the lack of support I have around me, so here I am.

Smart Watch recommendations please, more for safety than fitness? Doro perhaps?
I'm trying to find a simple Smart Watch that links to an Android mobile phone rather than an Apple iphone but they all seem to focus on
fitness
and the choice is bewildering.
