Private Fitness-to-fly hypoxia tests
Is anyone able to give me the name of a private company who provides a
fitness
-to-fly hypoxia inhalation test? It has been suggested that my husband should take one of these but it may take up to six weeks for a hospital appointment and we are due to fly in just under 3.

RED-CIRCLE FEB !
A perfect score on my IoS
Fitness
App, with all circles closed (movement) and a green dot on each (workouts). I’ve been hunting a perfect red score ever since I discovered the
fitness
app ca 12 months ago, but I always had a few days incomplete.

It’s been a rather meandering, scenic journey for me as I’ve worked hard on my
fitness
and stamina as well as losing the stubborn menapausal weight gain! I told myself this morning, “Come on, I can run 2 more minutes!” 🤣🙏💚

PDS/pigmentary glaucoma and exercise
Exercise has been a big part of my life (football, running, Crossfit/functional
fitness
) and at 34 years old it's hard to comprehend a life without exercise. As told, I stopped running and football altogether but have continued with some basic gym/functional
fitness

Having just completed the program, I would like to continue , consolidate and maintain the
fitness
I have gained. Not sure if I should keep repeating the 30 minute runs from week 9 or move on to something else. Something more challenging?

i reckon decades of no fat, no sugar, no salt, super sporty, popular dieting has contributed to poor condition
it seems to have caused deficiency in nutrition. someone i know is ultra lean,
fitness
instructor, has been at peak
fitness
for decades, and that looks like a problem. some of it is obsession/ control (unhealthy), i know it as i've had similar.

Just broke open my new 2024 fitness diary!
But I’m enjoying it again, and the diary is rather a
fitness
and health-journey notebook where I track what I’ve been doing, and what impact it has had.
