Walking
Now obviously my
fitness
and muscle strength has been affected by doing nothing for a year and I now don't know if it's lack of
fitness
, anxiety or undermedication that is the issue? Or maybe a combo.

Fitness help please.
can anyone recommend a training program that I could do as preventative measures moving forward, I have changed my diet to low saturated fat and have lost 14kg so far, my doctor wants me to lose another 6kg but said I need to do strength workouts to reduce muscle wasting?

Fitness Tracker to measure exercise levels and heart rate
Hi - first post! As part of a regular week, I do walking, running, cycling, diy, gardening, golf and swimming and would like to ensure I do the required NHS guidelines for weekly exercise (150 minutes of moderate exercise etc etc). I don’t want to individually monitor heart rate each time I do an activity

PDS/pigmentary glaucoma and exercise
Exercise has been a big part of my life (football, running, Crossfit/functional
fitness
) and at 34 years old it's hard to comprehend a life without exercise. As told, I stopped running and football altogether but have continued with some basic gym/functional
fitness

Toughest leap?
I think often it's fatigue rather than actual
fitness
issues plus lingering self doubt and a screaming voice saying not to bother sometimes! So seeing as I feel the
fitness
is there I actually don't think I'm too bad.

Fitness programme post HA
Hi, I would be really interested in knowing examples from as many folks as possible please on what their
fitness
/ building back up routine was post HA on the assumption that they went to cardio rehabilitation first and got the green light with guidance from that team and medical professionals.

RED-CIRCLE FEB !
A perfect score on my IoS
Fitness
App, with all circles closed (movement) and a green dot on each (workouts). I’ve been hunting a perfect red score ever since I discovered the
fitness
app ca 12 months ago, but I always had a few days incomplete.

It’s been a rather meandering, scenic journey for me as I’ve worked hard on my
fitness
and stamina as well as losing the stubborn menapausal weight gain! I told myself this morning, “Come on, I can run 2 more minutes!” 🤣🙏💚

Finally finished week 8
With a very busy time at work meaning I had some whole week gaps, and a couple of 20 minute runs to build my
fitness
back up, I have finally reached the end of week 8.😊 It was a struggle though so I think I'll repeat today's run before moving on to week 9.
