What about a fitness program that is specifically for individuals with osteoporosis?

I have been doing online fitness classes with Meg Stickl with A.I.M Fitness in Canada for just over a year.

I have lost 10 lbs., have improved stamina and strength, and feel great! I have an appointment with my medical doctor to review my latest DEXA results.

Check out some of Meg's videos on YouTube. Her classes have significantly improved my confidence, general mood, and quality of life. She is extremely knowledgeable and tells you how to do specific exercises for osteoporosis and/or what modifications to make.

It is my impression that more and more women with osteoporosis are deciding to not take the medications for osteoporosis due to the side effects.

I am not a medical doctor and certainly believe that each individual has to decide on their own what path is right for them given their specific health condition. But what I do know is how much better I feel now as compared to a year ago!

Pvane, can you please provide a link to Meg Stickl's online classes? I found interviews with her on YouTube but no actual classes. Thanks!

I have begun to seek out fitness programs on YouTube that are designed specifically for osteoporosis l.

I have decide to forego medications due to potential medical side effects. A lot of experts are recommending weight lift and core strength training.

I will check for the A.I.M on YouTube

Thanks for sharing
