I have heard of an individual who uses Max Burn Pro II fitness plate and feels it helps improve her leg circulation and RLS. Are any of you aware of this device and if it is helpful for RLS?
Any information you can provide would be helpful. Thanks.

It's pretty expensive at £799.
What are you currently doing or taking for your RLS?
Have you had your ferritin tested?
I am not taking medication nor do I want to. I did try Gabapentin for a very short period of time but found the dizziness to be worse than the RLS (although I hear that dizziness and other side effects subside). I had my ferritin tested a few years ago. I had an iron infusion and I am in the 50% that it does not help. I basically try and see what can work diet wise. I am one of the ones that caffeine sometimes gives me relief and other times it does not - same thing having a glass of wine. I can literally have the same meals two days in a row with a wide variance in RLS. I think I am impacted by the weather - air pressure, wind, storms, full moons etc. So you can see I have not discovered the “magic recipe” yet. I am in my 70s and first noticed RLS when I was about 10. It went away in my 20-30s but is back again. Family history on my Mom’s side of RLS.
Sue, I have read your replies to many individuals - re ferritin testing, things that help some and things that don’t help others.
I recently heard about the Max Burn Pro II and am concerned about the price and knowing if it works for many or not. I see that Chris commented that more RLS people find the vibration makes their RLS worse.
I appreciate the time and effort you put into responding to so many of us. Thank you.
I've seen the adverts but I've not seen this brand mentioned here, but I do see quite a few ads for 'hardly used' ones on eBay.
There have been quite a few comments about the (cheaper) Revitive: a few people swear by them; more people swear AT them finding that the vibration makes their RLS worse.
I think you need to either try one somewhere or get one on a 90 day money back trial.
As Sue asks, how are you currently treating RLS and have you had your ferritin tested? And can you complete your Profile with at least country and gender, as this can help us tailor advice.
Thank you Chris. I responded primarily to Sue’s comment. Great suggestion on trying either Max Burn Pro or Revitive. I am not sure why or how the vibrations would benefit - other than to take your mind off the legs.
I am a 70+ lady living in Canada.
Eleanor1990 is in Canada and reported getting a Revitive machine 4 years ago and found that it helped immediately (she borrowed one from a neighbour to try before buying). Unfortunately she hasn't posted since so we don't know whether it continued to work. If she's still around she may see this tag and respond...
I see that you want to control RLS without resorting to drugs: I am fortunate to be one of those who can very largely control RLS symptoms having luckily found triggers and eliminated or reduced them. Many would like this but find that they need the meds as no other changes worked for them, and the meds are lifesavers.
Good luck.
Any suggestions which Revitive machine to go for. There are so many to choose from. I will give this a try.
