Cycling my way to weight loss
I haven't posted often (maybe twice). I joined in December to try to maintain my weight going into January. I ended up gaining one pound in December, so the dieting/exercise kept the damage to a minimum. Decided to hit it hard on January 2nd. Plan was to lose weight by bicycling a lot while eating

Introduction and how to take a short cut to maPc and a very rare Prostate Cancer
By now I had a lot of blood in my urine which was put down to my
cycling
and blood thinners. I complained to my urologist who said that a cystoscopy would put an end to my concerns. The cystoscopy was interesting as the urethra was blocked by a bleeding mass of tissue.

Prednisone issues??
I’ve been out
cycling
this morning to try and keep ‘normal’ and when I got back my heart was all over the place. Beating fast, then slow... felt like it was going to fall out at one point. I’m on 60mg a day at the moment reducing down to 50mg next week. Is this normal or should I be worried?

Double the Something
Hence I've bought some
cycling
"sleeves" so I can whip them off when warmed up. Fluro yellow sleeves, with a random skin gap before the colour clashing vest, it's a very subtle look. Had absolutely NO second glances from confused people. Cough. Worried about being too hot. Check.

Failed Cardioversion -what next?
I like to exercise regularly and would love to get back to doing level of walking/
cycling
which I did prior to AF. Am currently on Bisoprolol which may not be as effective any more and wonder also what drugs have worked best for others as alternative to further cardioversion.

Stabbing pain and bowel trouble 6 week’s post laparoscopy
For the last week I’ve had constant pain, along with all the old bowel symptoms -
cycling
between diarrhoea and constipation - and, during the constipated phases, bladder spasms and a desperate need to urinate which can last for hours.

Fluctuating AMA- AMA M2 (pre Pbc - not on meds)
People talk about it openly. people see me out looking normal dancing my socks off,
cycling
up pills et cetera and think I am perfectly fine. I’ve cycled my whole life and I’ll be dammed if I’m going to give it up. But I pay for it, but of course no one sees that.

Question for cyclists with Lymphoedema in the leg(s)
I'm wondering if there are any LE specific
cycling
tights/pants or shorts available anywhere? I have looked everywhere and have not been able to find anything.

New here, thryoid results...
Last summer was very active, was doing HIIT bootcamp three times a week, 5-7 mile run weekly plus running around/
cycling
with my 6 year old. Then in September I caught a cold which continued. Went to GP, said I had post viral fatigue. Took it easy for a bit, and have just caught everything since.

I always used to be very fit (
cycling
, running) before getting my device age 49, but my fitness has dipped since then as running triggers my PM which doesn’t feel good. Anyway my daughter introduced me to this and it’s great so far (W1R3). My PM hasn’t needed to kick in yet! Yey!

Graduation!!!
I mentioned this to a few
cycling
friends who let me into this secret. Always wondered why they stopped in so many coffee shops on their routes! 4- get the right gear/listen to music. I wasn't going to invest in anything new until I graduated.
