I have seen many Drs in the past 2 months and what I am taking and prayer seems at last to work , sleeping better and more energy. Keto diet , lots of vegetables and vitamins , esp CoQ10 3000 mg a day,coconut oil 10 ml 3xa day lots of fatty fish.
Physiotherapy and exercise oestopathy and cranial massage, homeopathy for my skin issues which is autoimmune. Swimming, Cycling and dancing. Today I try Accupuntute. And lots of prayer for God is powerful .Pray for others too Forgive ness is important and I have learnt to let anger go!
