I was shocked to hear this "AFIB" story.........but!
Gim, Run, and
Cycling
. Exercises every day. He was a bit sick with a sore throat, but nothing serious and took part in a
cycling
race. Not very far into the race, his heart monitor showed his heart starting to race. He did not feel bad but was concerned. And his heart rate did not go down.

For Lucy
I love
cycling
too and I was so happy when I read your posts about getting back on your bike. It made me think I could do it too. I'm really sorry you've had unpleasant responses about your posts. What's great about this board is the breadth of experience on it and it's worse for your absence.

Exercise weekend
I didn't fancy
cycling
in the rain then rowing in the rain. Saturday is the busiest. We have the junior teams, men's and the ladies. I tried doing the straight row but it was a challenge. There was always another rower coming up or down the river.

My Godsend
On Thursday and Friday I went solo in Scotland and rode 2 of the "7 Stanes" mountain bike trails, and today I joined my
cycling
friends in Northumberland and rode out to watch the National Hill Climb competition.

Knee injury and surgery has made me fat, borderline diabetic due to asthma Prednisolone tablets, RNOH says i need to loose 1 to 2 stone.
I have been a road cyclist and was fit
cycling
30 miles country roads and hills. In February this year i had my worst asthma flare up/attack in years and years. And was on lots of steroid prednisolone tablets to try and get my asthma under control.

I just did c25k! (Now what?)
Something different - I was looking at a couple of
cycling
programmes, has anyone tried them? Or maybe something different each week (a class, swimming, etc). Any thoughts?

Integrating evolutionary dynamics into treatment of mCRPC.
Because of the on/off
cycling
of abiraterone, the adaptive therapy cohort has received an average cumulative dose of just 47% compared to continuous dosing used in standard of care (Fig. 5; Table 2). Three of the 11 patients have received <โ25% of the cumulative SOC dose."

Delayed visit to the IC
No running, no
cycling
and a few knee exercises - only then will we see whether further treatment is required. Gutted!

He is definitely gaining in energy - back
cycling
regularly, needing fewer naps - but platelet levels staying resolutely low, around 55. Is this standard? We had hoped they would be moving towards 'normal' levels by now.

So here I am, sleepless at 2am.
I've taken up
cycling
again, bought a pretty decent bike and this last week have taken to doing 15-20 miles each day. I was never a slouch as a kid and used to ride hundreds of miles a week, as my legs still show having never shrunk!

Same as running in normal
cycling
shorts has been likened to "running in an oversize nappy". A compromise is "Skins". a posing out fit that seems to work. If I am still alive I will try a report on Saturday evening. Mike
