Newley diagnosed... almost
Always been active even if not super fit all the time, I enjoyed walking, kayaking, motorcycling,
cycling
. (sounds like a dating profile!) I'm looking for advice and thoughts on my situation please. I have over the years had episodes of palpitations that would come and go.

Update on the Stanford study
Is this a combination of
cycling
, dance, medicine and infusions or is something else going on here? Questions I canât answer. I can only be happy and grateful and hope the trial will become available to others soon.

Need advice
Hi I'm new here, I think I have a problem with my eating, for the past few months I've only had one meal a day if I eat at all while doing half an hour
cycling
everyday sometimes more. I want to get help but I can't reach out myself and I don't know what to do, any advice ?

Parsing Parkinson's
Alberts has shown that when people cycle as per his protocols, the same areas of the brain that are activated by medicine are activated by
cycling
.
Cycling
IS medicine. We know that medicine slows the progression of the disease but doesnât stop it. Same for
cycling
. But WHAT IF?? WHAT IF??

Being inactive
My INR had gone much higher than it has ever been, last week I had severe vertigo, unable to function for nearly 5 days, Warfarin clinic informed me being inactive has a great bearing on INR levels I'm usually very active running/
cycling
/walking etc so I need to be sure I do 'stuff' đ Anyone else heard

At 48 years old and 4 stone overweight (despite low carb diet, running and
cycling
I've still only lost 3lbs in over 2months), I was quite pleased to have covered 5K in 31 minutes 5 seconds. I want to get under 30 minutes for the 5k as my next target. Hopefully that shouldn't be too far off.

Feeling lucky after a cycle accident
On Sunday the 9th April this year I was involved in a road accident when
cycling
, the car did not see me. I do appreciate how lucky I am to be able to post this today. I woke up in the ambulance, by best description of what happened is fuzzy. My helmet probably saved me.

Broke the 100 kg barrier!
I have been doing more and more
cycling
, going out for short rides nearly every day, which seems to be helping. I have also cut out all added sugar from my diet.

Recently diagnosed, halfway through treatment
When I posted on facebook about my experience I was contacted by an old musician friend who has Churg Strauss and who lives a very active life gigging and
cycling
, so I know that there are a whole lot of different stories out there.

Being realistic!
When I started, I planned do do an hour a day, yoga, hula hooping,
cycling
, skipping. Of course, I can't fit an hour of exercise into my day, and knowing I couldn't do an hour, I didn't do ANYTHING. The last two weeks, I have decided to be much easier on myself.

Ditch the car and walk to work
I'm going to swap walking for
cycling
to work when the weather breaks, would have done sooner but umbrellas and bikes don't go well together lol. Anyway, if anyone knows why weight loss might slow down, even though there's plenty there to lose still, please let me know.

Oh update on my
cycling
second ride out went very well, I had to use the power but only mode 1,and was out for 1 hour, hoping to go out again next week. Trying to stay positive, proving to be a little difficult because I decided to come off my anti-depressants 6 weeks ago.
