Weight Loss Reassurance
(still got 4 or 5 stone to go) I've only be running since July 2016 (started with
cycling
). I've cut NOTHING out of my diet - I just moderate how often (not very) and how much (not much) "crap" I eat :-D

Just starting - should I be worrying about how I run, right away?
However, when it comes to running I'm just starting out, I have never done pure running for fitness, always choosing
cycling
or rowing or other sports for some reason.

Enjoying Life
What a beautiful morning it's been here in # Lucca .
cycling
around the city walls has been so lovely . Seeing the whole city and mountains beyond. I've just enjoyed every minute. The food ambience and #weather has all been delightful . A day of sipping coffee and sketching .

Hybrid Ablation
I met Ian, my
cycling
club secretary in the waiting room, he was in for a heart valve replacement. We were both excited and optimistic; to be honest, I think we cheered the ward up a little. Ablation day.

Cry for help. Don't know what to do
Problem is, I am
cycling
back into a deep depression (as opposing to my everyday mild, no energy, lethargy and zero motivation). I am once again wishing I was not alive, I sleep 10-18 hours a day then beat myself up for oversleeping and now the day is ruined. You know how it goes.

Another weekend bites the dust
Did 55 kilometers
cycling
yesterday, and it feels good, mood swings have subsided and the cravings can now be managed. Best of luck to everyone.

Don't want to be hungry today
It's also good training for
cycling
in the summer, something I haven't really done as much as I'd like, and exercise that I've always enjoyed.

Calf cramp that's not cramp!
I have ran for many years, but ever since a
cycling
accident in 2007 I have struggle with lower back issues. With many visits to a , I accept that the way forward was pain management through appropriate exercise. When I thought that was working I slowly introduced my running which was going well.

'Beyond Hope?' Anyone got advice or help for migraine prevention?
I am feeling hopeless. 34yrs, mum of 3yr old, working, lots commitments/interests, dieting, enjoy
cycling
/swimming/walking when well. Been told I'm in worst 5% migraine sufferers in the UK (although no idea if that's true!)
