Any other paced people doing this? I always used to be very fit (cycling, running) before getting my device age 49, but my fitness has dipped since then as running triggers my PM which doesn’t feel good. Anyway my daughter introduced me to this and it’s great so far (W1R3). My PM hasn’t needed to kick in yet! Yey!

Well done! I'm no expert on PMs, is it for arrhythmia? It must give you quite a jolt when it fires..
I would think keep going slow and steady on c25k and as you become fitter with 💓 becoming stronger, maybe only then can you start to increase pace, maybe an idea to keep an eye on your resting HR to see it improve with the excercise, keep posting with progress..😊

Have they given you any advice on what to look out for and things like that as you start run? I can imagine it feels good in a way to get back to things. Take it nice and steady and listen to your body and your consultants advice.
