Out of the Blue
So I have a new hobby of
cycling
. Last week I took part in the “BHF Peak Challenge” cycle ride and managed to raise over £250 in sponsorship for the BHF, completing the shorter course.

I have Bronch but do a lot of
cycling

Not only that, but
cycling
to work has become so much easier and I have more va-va-voom generally. All this after 6 runs! Gotta be good, eh? I'm ready to spread the good news!

What IS that smell?
Oh sure, if I went to the gym, or that time we went
cycling
in Provence in July, I got a little "ripe," but I was NEVER offensive.

Whooshing sounds / sensations in my head - Vasculitis or Carotid Artery problems - it’s not Pulsatile Tinnitus
I’m not on any medication, have normal blood pressure for my age (65) and have been pretty fit and active my entire life, playing netball, doing gymnastics,
cycling
, walking running and going to the gym.

PLEASE HELP ME WITH APS, STICKY BLOOD
My food, housing, you know in the real world...mortgage,water, electric, gas, green bin fee for actually re-
cycling
compost.taxes, prescriptions, dental. If I had never never studied hard to get a job, paid my way, saved hard to get a house of my own, still paying a £700 mortgage.

C25k and a duathalon
I've cut down my 5k time from 28.36 (week 3) to 25.10 (week 5) my
cycling
of 20km has been cut down to 38 minutes! Next week I will start putting a short run and then a cycle together. (Merging c25k and British heart foundation duathalon training programme!) my running has improved no end!

Bicycling not picked up by Active 10
I wish that the app looked at the "
Cycling
Distance" as reported in Apple Health. I typically start Workout -> Outdoor Cycle (Open Goal) on my Apple Watch before starting out.

Week 3 Run 1
I used to be quite fit (
cycling
mainly but a bit of running) but then I had kids. I know I can run 5k as I’ve done it before, but that was 15 years ago and the muscles need waking up again! Fingers crossed 🤞🤞🤞 Good luck & happy running everyone 😊

Quietly triumphant!
My journey really started last year when we started
cycling
in April. I've lost over 20lbs, I've dropped a jeans size and it's staying off. I now own the tightest lycra I've ever owned and wear it with pride in my abilities and my determination. I feel better about my body and mind.

All this talk about
cycling
is wearing me out and making me hungry, goodness knows how I will cope with doing it in reality. In the meantime I shall watch energetic people on the television. I shall sign off with a smile and wave folks, smile and wave.

Stent after 100% LAD Blockage at 34
I'm 34, never smoked, drink very little, eat relatively healthy (cholesterol was 3.6 day before my stent) and exercise quite a lot (3 times a week minimum) Last year I started getting chest pains when walking to work in the cold and when at
cycling
training.
