Hip Labral Tears and Pudendal Neuralgia
I've dealt with right sided pudendal neuralgia for 9 years, following bunion surgery on my left foot - all started when I returned to my running,
cycling
, etc.

Femoral neck stress fracture
I am almost pain free at the moment and have been
cycling
and strength training in last two weeks, so the news was a bit of a shock. To be told not to weight bear at all on my right leg, with potential horror repercussions added, left me pretty shaken.

No valiant unzipping and tying the jacket round my waist whilst running today; I was glad to take the opportunity to stop and rearrange clothes when a herd of cyclists came
cycling
by on a narrow road. One of them paused and asked if I was OK - he thought I had lost my bicycle!

Perhaps if I wear the pair of waterproof bottoms I bought for my last failed
cycling
fad over the swimming shorts... maybe.

Scottish Triathlete with new afib diagnosis
I train hard with swimming,
cycling
, running and gym work and now I don't know what to do for the best. is there anyone else who's a similar age and could share advice or experience? Also, can anyone recommend the best person to see in Scotland?

AFTER 2 YEARS, I GRADUATED!
But this time I didn't give up and instead self referred for physio while keeping up fitness with other sports like
cycling
. The exercises came good, the ankle now holds up well and I finally graduated on 14th December.

How I got my BFP
Three months prior to egg collection, I joined the gym and went 3/4 times a week doing cardio on the
cycling
machine, runner and step machine, swimming and relaxing in the steam room. I quit the gym as soon as I had egg retrieval :D I didn't lose much weight but i got so so much fitter.

Weight lifting and CKD
Is there any one on this group who lift weight and how bad is it for kidney disease i am on stage 3b, as my doctor always says that exercise like walking and
cycling
is better but without reasonable explanation why.

Pain 'managed'?
I am in pain, shoulders, neck, ribs, occasionally hips, but it's not stopping me doing things; work,
cycling
, walking etc. I want to get off steroids, but I'm unsure if the pain means my adrenal glands are not kicking in.

But
cycling
was my hobby My own bike light and fast So entering in road races Others were very soon passed. Most people used to fear us Cos the news could well be bad But many also brought good news They'd tip us and be glad.

Update on next donor cycle
He has altered his lifestyle over the last 4-5 months, stopped drinking altogether, wore looser pants, stopped
cycling
as certain areas can get too hot!?! That sort of thing. Well it seems to have done the trick.

Help. Is it safe to run and swim on Sotalol Hydrochloride. What is safer Bisoprolo or Sotalol
He is on the autistic spectrum and loved his running, swimming and
cycling
prior to being diagnosed. He was fitted with an ICD in April 2019 and originally put on 1.25mg of bisoprolol fumarate. This seem to be fine up until October 2019. While swimming in the pool his ICD discharged 3 times.

Restart my strength exercises to get my weak left leg as strong as the right - hmm, I haven't really done this, but I have added regular
cycling
and yoga and some strength sessions so it should at least be less weak now (I'm taking this as a win🤪)✔ 3.

I am a 61 year old male and I kept myself active with running, sailing,
cycling
etc. However, I started to become breathless when walking the dog. Net result was that I needed 2 stents (2015) and then another one on 2017.
