This week seems a big jump. From the start I’ve been running in cycling path some steep hills should I just keep doing the programme here the thought of no break this week fills me with dread

You are following a plan that states its aim as getting you to run for thirty minutes non stop, so surely you have to accept that at some point you are going to have walking intervals mid workout.
