What am I?
I had a brain
injury
back
in 2001, I spent many years doing rehabilitation and then trying to deal with the symptoms I was left with. After meeting my now wife I have now been able to get things diagnosed and things put in place (eg medication, copy strategys).

Dan,. I had to go off my Butrans 20mcg patch because I was getting a skin reaction to it- red, raised rash and itching. My Dr. Put me on Belbuca 300mcg BID but they're very expensive so I asked him for something cheaper. He put me on Oxymorphone 10mg BID then and within a week I started having pretty

and were you able to get

I'm back
After being on the
injury
couch with
back
pain for four weeks I was hesitant to get back out there but today I put on my trainers and went for it. I decided to run w4r3 as it seems a reasonably gentle intro after being off for so long.

ENTERIC COATING....MAY NEED SOME WARNINGS
Having just gone through my worst flare of my 15 months of actively dealing with GCA and PMR......I've ended up spending most of my time in bed with time to think. Hubby and I have done some posting about our decision to split my daily dosage ( 18mg ) to relieve some of my morning PMR pain. For three

Week 4 down
My
back
injury
left me with nerve damage in my left leg. Usually it eases off fairly quickly but tonight I felt like I was running all twisted. If I wasn't running with my wife I think I may have quit but having her there keeps me going.

W6 and a half, ish
After last week's excitement of finishing week 6, my other half was
back
running at the weekend after a shoulder
injury
persists on keeping him out intermittently. He wanted to do W6R2 again so did that with him, and really enjoyed the run.

Whole Body RLS?
I am completely at fault for having lifelong RLS, I am athletic and lived in a mountain environment and enjoyed the simple joy of an extreme hike, which resulted in a
back
injury
...no big deal, right?

Running without distractions
Initially, it was intended to be a short run to ease
back
in after quite a few days on the
injury
couch but I got into such a good, steady rhythm that at the ten minute mark I just kept going.
