Hello people,
I am just about to go back to sport after a major injury(elongation of my spinal cord resulting in spaced out vetebraes: legs paralysed for 2 weeks, keep fainting one time resulting in a double sprained knee and ankle ) so basically haven't been able to do sport for ages and am just about to start back with guess what sport ... swimming and pole vault and high jump(not my choice).
So carry on doing sport everyone
