Thanks to everyone in our Active10 community for a great year that has just passed!
It’s been a ride! Or rather a walk full of inspirations, motivation, and achievements. Together, we walked through 2023 and I am so thankful to be part of this community!
Let’s walk into 2024 and make this year an awesome year by doing what we do so well; putting one foot in front of the other, no matter how slow or how fast.
Happy New Year, everyone!
P.S.: for anyone interested in adding a daily short yoga practice to their routines, head over to S&F where we just dropped the first week’s virtual mat to YWA Jan Journey called FLOW: healthunlocked.com/strength...

Glorious day for getting out. Just came back from a run-walk and had sunshine and happy walkers all the way! It’s worth getting out there just for all the “Happy New Year” wishes that are so full of joy! Happy New Year!
I got up and did some stretches; then a 10 minute warm up; then five exercises aimed specifically at hip flexors. Then, after my lady had finished her 40 minute routine, we had a kitchen table coffee date.
Then I wrote 400 words.
Then I took down the decorations whilst listening to the New Year's Day Concert. It's been an awesome day so far!
I've just looked at my Fitbit data for 2023 and I walked/ran 1,183 miles in total 🚶♀️Now the gauntlet is thrown down to better that in 2024, God willing!
This achievement is in no small part due to the support that I get from this group, and I am incredibly grateful for every comment, every word of encouragement, and every cheer 😁 Thank you so very much 🙏💞🙏
Happy new year to you . Well done on your runwalk. First miles on your challenge. I will have to count it as steps, never out it on Strava and it will be on Garmin. Not sunny here today so out to the treadmill in gym
