Endometriosis and exercise
I love exercising and mostly enjoy it -
yoga
, pilates, weight work, and walking, mostly. When I'm into it and into a routine it's great, but sometimes this can only last a few days or a week before I'm feeling really unwell again.

I'd had a struggle with YWA
yoga
today so was pleased to do something which looked easy and positive. It was cold with the tiniest amount of rain in the air but I thought 20 minutes had to be doable and it was. Now feeling ready for something harder.

I’m a very fit person, doing lots of
yoga
, rambling & cycling. Never smoked, have drank a little in my past but very little these days. Usually a healthy diet also. So doing mostly what sounds to be good certainly doesn’t mean we don’t become unwell it seems.

I do
yoga
, stretching and became vegan. I want to come off all the medication, but am worried what I will be like without them. The best treatment I have had is fascia muscle release, but it is expensive. It took away the crushing pain I felt in my lower back and neck

walking
Some use
yoga
; some play a sport, while others of us head out on a good walk. I'm talking about a relaxing walk by ourselves where we can think, reflect on the beauty of nature, and just got out heads screwed back on correctly before heading back out into the “rat race”.

A week of firsts
Does
yoga
count? I try quite hard to fit
yoga
into my life but there has been a lot of posting and links about other exercising routines that sound quite important but I can't do everything! Might be reaching saturation point.
