Coming to terms with CFS
I love swimming,
yoga
and walking but am worried these (have stopped them for some time now) were triggers as well.

Prolapse journey!
Currently just trying to manage symptoms with health supplements, Pilates,
yoga
and up to 2 hour walks (short for me as used to hike all day) and of course, lose extra 1/2 stone put on in last year! AVOID HEAVY LIFTING (I keep forgetting to my cost).

Little Miss Garmin you are juvenile and the day I beat the gremlins this one goes on a bit
🙄 hit
yoga
instead of run, that’s what comes of psoriasis of hands and feet (and other places) tips of fingers often hard and scabby and don’t work on touch screen very well so I just stab and go 😂 I woke to a bed full of gremlins, they were all over the duvet whispering..... you couldn’t sleep last

This is too hard
I feel like enlightenment is a huge load of pressure and work on me bestowed by my
yoga
master. Not achieving the expectations is disappointing and I feel like i am missing out on true connection with life.

Stuck - no recent progress due to poor mental health
I was doing
yoga
daily to ensure I was stretching and conditioning my muscles. I was also trying to get some strength training in, but as I said these habits have fallen by the wayside. I wonder if anyone else has been in this position before and has any tips to get back on track.

Meditation and Yoga go hand in hand. ❤️☮️☀️🌸🌈🧘🏻♀️🕉☯️🙏
You can’t practice
yoga
to the fullest without being in meditative mode. The ancient practice of meditation is as integral to
yoga
as the poses, with the same intention: not to tune out, but to tune in to a frequency long forgotten, or perhaps undiscovered.

However,I have to report that I have been experiencing severe fatigue since. On good days I feel almost back to my previous state, but the next day I am floored.Even my twice weekly slow gentle
yoga
home practise has had to go on hold,as the next day I feel exhausted. The exhaustion can last 2 days & I

4 months post laparoscopy.
Today I did some
yoga
stretches, and have since felt pain inside the belly button area and below. Like a pulling/tugging pain when I stretch. I am assuming this is because I am still healing internally???? How long have other people taken to fully heal?

Has anyone else had heart complications after their Covid jab(s)? For me, no health issues, medication or family history prior.
I needed to keep a log of BP's, and had I considered taking up
yoga
! Basically they had no idea, and not interested. Fast forward, had 2nd jab 2.0pm, Friday, 7th May, 2021, and felt surprisingly good over the weekend for a change.

I graduated
I started doing fun youtube workouts from zumba, to cardio, to
yoga
. During this time, I tried couch to 5k twice, but could not even get halway through the session. I was disheartened and beyond embarrassed.

May it ever stop raining? Welcome to Quest Week 2! Come and join the fun!
Doing a little more
yoga
, particularly some core work, to make up for the reduced mileage but hopefully the miles will come back as the week moves on. Thank you to all those who have sent their Quests in so far. We've had fun reading through them and replying.

Yesterday was another day, today...
After changing my plan yesterday from 10miles to 5k due to huge amounts of rain and gusting wind, I set off in the rain with much less wind this morning however for much of the 1st 8k the tow path was water logged and muddy thank goodness I’ve being doing
yoga
the leg stand came in very handy for balance

A Few Personal Observations Which Might Be Helpful To Some
I could roll out of bed and do a few
yoga
exercises and be back to sleep in a few minutes. So what I learned was not to panic about partial-waking RLS and go rushing off to the neurologist for a stronger prescription. It seems to be a more benign type, in my case at least.

Endo fatigue - how to perk up?
Maybe the answer is 6 months of slow
yoga
, every second day. What do you do to keep your energy up?
