I have started doing
yoga

To Work or Not to Work.
After lunch I'm able to do some gentle
yoga
for bone devpt, muscle strength and balance and then again I know I have all the time I need to rest.

Cough while on Imbruvica?
My husband (70
yoga
) was diagnosed w/CLL in 2017. He had two rounds of guzyva and is now on Imbruvica. His counts are good. He has had a cough (something like chronic bronchitis) for at least two years. In the mornings, esp. he coughs and coughs and coughs up mucus that he needs to spit out.

Well, I finally enjoy running and no-one is more shocked than me!
Well, 3m later I'm running 5-6k 2-3 times a week mixed with interval sessions (which are my favourite, I have to vary my pace including jeffing or I get bored) It has kickstarted a whole change in my attitude to exercise, I'm exercising in some way an hour a day, 30mins
yoga
and 30mins running or aerobic

22,320: a space chat-challenge odyssey (9/4/21)
We‘ve exercised, lifted weights, rode horses, swam in open waters, rowed indoors, cycled outdoors, did both Pilates and
Yoga
, and wobbled our way through planks and squats towards our goal of reaching 22,320 minutes of workouts.

yoga
mon- Thurs, do a 4-5 mile power walk on these days and a big hike each week (2 weeks ago was 13 miles) I said the only variable that had changed was my meds and that I shouldn

I’d love some advise if you suffer passing out or severe dizzy spells when in AF?
I try do

3x week but not in past month & if I am having a good spell, can’t get head lower than heart.
Yoga
before was great. I’m so frustrated.

Been a while....
Yoga
, meditation and breathing exercises helped me get through the breathing issues, and now, I’m back to school picking up things where I left them. Didn’t quite take my Aderrall and bupropion during those days, but as I was healing, my mood swings were wide and unsettling to my family.
