AstraZenica Vaccination & Ongoing Fatigue

I do not regret having my first vaccination on January 21st(Inot long after my 71st birthday)& will be going for my second when called.I am very grateful to be given the chance to protect myself & others from Covid 19.

However,I have to report that I have been experiencing severe fatigue since.On good days I feel almost back to my previous state,but the next day I am floored.Even my twice weekly slow gentle yoga home practise has had to go on hold,as the next day I feel exhausted.The exhaustion can last 2 days & I have yet to get back to where I was.I have cut out all my regular walks(40-45 minutes several times a week)

I have Hashimotos & take 2grains NDT plus LDN.

Could there be a connection?

Members have been experiencing different effects from the vaccination, some having no reaction, some having the expected side effects, some having more than the expected side effects.

We have a dedicated poll thread where we can keep all experiences of the vaccine together rather than have multiple questions/threads about the vaccine.
