Depths of Despondency
I have since taken it easy and still continued with
yoga
and the exercises from the physio on alternate days. The exercises leave my hip feeling sore so I tend not to exercise after I have done them. Today was my first run in over a week.

Mini run ... so right even when all things go wrong...
. ππ Finished run, showered πΏ , did
yoga
π§π»ββοΈ and still felt ill π€§ . But I did all that and am mightily proud. Now itβs raining βοΈ . Husband has developed a cough π· and is now testing for Covid, so that might explain everything.

How do you tell if you are low, medium or hi impact when exercising
Hi can some one explain how to tell if your exercise is low, medium or hi impact I do
yoga
most days to varying degrees and log on my w w fitness app but I'm not sure how to tell the difference as its not always obvious I'm still learning new moves help please.

High blood pressure and low heart rate, what do I need to know when talking to my Dr?
For additional context I am a runner, do Pilates and
yoga
so I am fit. My weight is 8st and 5ft3. I have had blood done, the FTC and kidney? Had to be redone and now the Dr has arranged for a phone app in two weeks to discuss.

Cataract ops,PMR and vertigo
PMR still hanging round but
yoga
and other exercises to start my day tend to help. I still cycle for an hour or more twice a week and find that helps. I had cataracts done, two weeks apart, the last one 6 weeks ago. Sight is great but balance and vertigo really quite unpleasant.

New to Alendronic Acid!
plus changing my exercise from just
yoga
to include a lot of walking and improving my diet to include more leafy greens etc. I am lactose intolerant so have substituted almond milk and vege cheeses etc.

Unsure if should use GTN spray
Proper menopause kicked in at the beginning of this year, around the time I started doing
yoga
for about 10 mins every morning I have a 10 min walk to work and back every day and my husband and I have been going for walks every weekend for the last few weeks.
