High blood pressure and low heart rate, what do I need to know when talking to my Dr?
For additional context I am a runner, do Pilates and
yoga
so I am fit. My weight is 8st and 5ft3. I have had blood done, the FTC and kidney? Had to be redone and now the Dr has arranged for a phone app in two weeks to discuss.

Cataract ops,PMR and vertigo
PMR still hanging round but
yoga
and other exercises to start my day tend to help. I still cycle for an hour or more twice a week and find that helps. I had cataracts done, two weeks apart, the last one 6 weeks ago. Sight is great but balance and vertigo really quite unpleasant.

New to Alendronic Acid!
plus changing my exercise from just
yoga
to include a lot of walking and improving my diet to include more leafy greens etc. I am lactose intolerant so have substituted almond milk and vege cheeses etc.

Unsure if should use GTN spray
Proper menopause kicked in at the beginning of this year, around the time I started doing
yoga
for about 10 mins every morning I have a 10 min walk to work and back every day and my husband and I have been going for walks every weekend for the last few weeks.

Symptoms but no diagnosis. Frustrating. I've tried everything and would appreciate any kind of advice. Please note this is a very long post.
I start my day doing the ‘Fountain of Youth’
yoga
routine and then a cardiovascular regime - pushups, squats and back stretches, neck rotations as I do often get a stiff neck or pain between my shoulder blades. This pain I have been experiencing for years though.

Newest addition to my workout basket
Today, added two balance pods to my collection of foam rollers,
yoga
blocks, resistance bands and
yoga
mat. Aldi has at the moment also
Yoga
equipment, mats, pants on special offer. I did my first wobbly exercises on the pods and am hopeful it all contributes to strong and painless knees!

New to group and really worried about recent diagnosis on the 27/04/2021
im desperately trying to lose weight, I walk and do
yoga
for have signed up for more vigorous exercise this week. I’m hopeful that it can be reversed, I’m focusing on my health and will visit the gym daily.
