INDOOR ROWING: RowAlong 30 Days of 30 Minute Rowing Workouts
It sometimes gets a bit worse after a foot-intensive
Yoga
session and after a few easy restful days it gets better. As they say, ligaments and bones heal slowly and one has to be patient! My hubby promised me that at least healed bones will be stronger than before.

2nd Workout Advent : CBDB’s Weekly Countdown to Xmas
We threw out a kiddie billiard table, that our teenage son didn’t use anymore, and this workout corner now features space to roll out two
yoga
mats for hubby and my daily
yoga
practice and enough space for teenage son to practice his martial arts moves.

Integrating a holistic approach to kidney health
What happens when 3 women in London, a renal physio, renal dietician and
yoga
teacher/nutritional therapist (that's me!) chat. All of us, working with kidneys in different contexts, coming together in honest dialogue.

Tales from a Slow-Jog Comeback #3: Glorious Runny Sunday (Zombie) Morning
I am now thinking of running only twice/week, rowing 5/week, and
yoga
daily as usual if possible or replace with the usual stretches and sprinkled in some targeted knee and back workouts! But I could really do with that time machine to help with fitting it all in! Happy Running everyone!

Update on Cryoablation 3 weeks ago.
Walked one mile today and tomorrow will do some
yoga
. I don't plan to go back to the gym for at least one more week and will use lighter weights for a while. I am a firm believer in letting your body kind of tell you what to do.

Post Panic Attack
Imagine how I would be if I added
yoga
and exercise to my regimen? Anyway. I just wanted to share my thoughts post panic attack. I hope you’re all having a good day. And to my fellow people in the northern hemisphere: Tomorrow is the darkest day of the year.

I’m hoping this clears up quickly on its own and I’m going to dive very deep into working on stress and de-stressing
yoga
and meditation.. those are two things I have not done enough on.. I’ll check back in if I get good results.

AN headache pain
I walk and do
yoga
each day so my balance is okay. But I find if I do too much in one day I can get a headache on my AN side which feels a bit like a hangover (and I'm not a drinker). Could this be a result of mental fatigue?

The weavings of yoga and nutrition
We often forget our
yoga
practises are there in sometimes the simplest of ways. Or we can change long held patterns and beliefs about food, also in beautifully simple ways. Change something today. Just make your mind up. Enjoy and let me know what it ignited and sparked in you.

The beauty of yin yoga
With the medicinal aspects for the somatic nervous system that a yin
yoga
practise offers, let yourself drift into the dreaminess and the restorative blessings that slowing down gifts us. You may already be familiar with yin
yoga
. Or if not, just let your imagination drift into quiet possibility.

Catch-Up Corner...Week 2... Please, slip off those running shoes and take a little time for yourself:)
We can walk, or cycle, do
yoga
or swim. All manner of exercise that we may choose, which uses different muscles and makes us stronger. Even a day's gardening or a housework blitz, counts as great exercise:) But a rest day with no exercise at all, may in turn, be really useful to you.
