20 minute yin yoga for heart opening

Hi dear community,

It was just lovely today to get out and about today for a creative few hours. This is the first of a trio of 20 minute yin yoga sessions. For you in the comfort of your own home. No props needed, unless you like to use cushions or a folded blanket to sit on. Yin yoga is a passive form of practise. Inviting cultivation of stillness. Not always easy! So be kind in the explorations. There is such value to our complex and highly sensitive nervous systems, to just get a bit quiet. It's a process so always meet yourself where you're at. Let me know how you get on!
