I'm just waking up early to go to

and i realise i can't wake up early. How would i work? But If they don't accept me then i'm letting down my whole family and they might tell me to go back home which we saw isn't good for me.

How to return from a calf strain well?
[u]WEEK 2[/u] was last week, and I started gentle indoor rowing and daily
yoga
. I could still feel the area of pain, especially when calf stretching (gently). [u]WEEK 3 [/u]will be the upcoming week.

Starting over again!
I tried to get back into walks and
yoga
as quickly as I could, but running took a back seat as I was just too tired with the demands of work and parenting. Anyway, after almost 8 weeks ‘off’ I started again, and quickly discovered that I’m back at the beginning. Bah humbug!

once a week, and eat relatively healthily - not much sugar, cooked from scratch meals, vegetarian. I take Vitamins D and B complex everyday. I have one decaf coffee in the morning and sometimes some chocolate. I don't smoke.

Bloods & Ive upper my levo.Constipationp🥴
I sleep 2-5 hrs per night (do meditation /

etc!!) I feel brain dead most of the time, cold & my balance is poor. I am hoping you are able to advise me on my medication .. levothyroxine level 125mcg as my GP doesn't know I have increased it. I thought it would help my constipation.

Autoimmune Diets - AIP, Wahls
I had sudden onset in September 2021 and went from walking and
yoga
to shuffling and not be able to move my arms v much. My mum had GCA but I don’t as yet. The prednisone has really helped the pain and fatigue and cutting back from full time work has allowed more rest.

post ablation swimming in the sea.
I do
yoga
as well but I'm not sure how long to wait until I resume these activities. As for going in the sea my main concern is getting an infection. Please dont suggest going to swimming pools, I do not like the places and just get in people's way who do swim!
