Have you ever thought of doing some Pilates or Yoga to make your running even better?

I just dropped a post over at our sister forum Strength and Flexibility about a newly dropped 25min Pilates session on a free YouTube channel.

At 25 min, and only needing a mat and a towel.

A great way to explore what Mat Pilates is like. And a great cross-training activity to running!

I’d love to be in a black hole in a galaxy…… uh oh now i’m thinking chocolate 🍫 which i can no longer enjoy since the surgeon made a mess of my mouth
