My little calendar app tells me that we have under two weeks until international yoga day on Tuesday, 21st of June.
Although at the moment, I am just doing other strength and flexibility routines, I do like these special days to reconnect with things.
So I think I’ll be planning a Yoga session for that day and if sunny, then I’ll be yoga-ing after work outside. If rainy, then in my special living room workout corner.
