Struggling is not failure...Struggling means... successfully not giving up.
Keeping up with my daily exercise routine...some
yoga
with Adriene... and reading all the posts, which do so much to keep me buoyant. My problems seem so insignificant, compared with those of so many forum friends and reading of their strength and resistance, does make me feel stronger too.

An Update after Echo Stress test
Continuing the
yoga
routine and no intense exercise for now I guess! As an aside, I was just reading inducible ischemia indicates that your heart is not getting the supply of oxygen needed to function properly under stress.

gathering ether
so now I’m thinking shambhala since that is close to
yoga
which I love. Interestingly they also have a power problem so take what works..I guess. Here is the rub…whenever I go to an event like this I want to cry. It is like I sense the ether and I’m not a part of it so I feel so alone.

w9 r3 completed ! Third attempt but finally graduated
I'm 54 and never really been into running I've always preferred
yoga
but now I'm going to do both . I feel so much more energetic and mentally positive since I started this journey and actually thinking I might be a bit addicted to running .

Running thinkingly of @Oldfloss’ Field Run
All that came after a very satisfying day yesterday, where besides the usual daily work work, I managed to fit in an indoor-row with the ZLDR crowd on Zwift (see pic of all our avatars running) and a
yoga
session.
Yoga
and rowing are now again almost a daily occurrence.

Recommendations for a good pregnancy pillow?
Been doing gentle
yoga
before bed but alas, it’s not helped. I probably need to invest in a pregnancy pillow but there are so many to choose from at such different price points. They also all look ridiculous 🫣 like SO CHUNKY. Fear my husband may end up sleeping on the floor!

New to all of this and looking for advice.
I've always walked the hills and lived a healthy life of
yoga
, fresh food and little alcohol. With the usual mad fun in my 20's! Any way, the doc has rushed a cardiology appointment and thinks I have congestive heart failure . Not really surprised, my family history is a horror story.
