Hypothyroidism bored
I don't diet or exercise just take the meds and keep fingers crossed that everything will be ok. Just have to get on with the aches and pains, brain fog, fatigue. No point in moaning no-one has an answer or magic wand to fix it.

Hashimotos??
You may need to make yourself a drink and get yourself comfortable... I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism Dec 13 and put on 75mg levothyroxine. Since then every blood test my TSH has been out of range and levothyroxine increased by 25mg till I got to 175mg in January 2017 when I was referred to endocrinologist

I’m quitting
Plus with my line of profession I can’t not afford the short term memory
loss
which I’m having, blurred
vision
at times I think I seen something move very rapidly like a mouse for example when there isn’t any where I’m at but I have to do a double take, the uncontrollable body temps, the foggy head feeling

1 month and counting...
It has been one month and 3 days since I quit smoking. I failed myself on the 3rd week when I got so drunk at a party and I couldn't control myself but get a few puffs from people around me. After I did that, I felt sick the next day just feeling the taste of nicotine in my mouth and what's worse, I

Salt & sugar
Hi, I consider sugar and salt to be drugs. Unlike other drugs like cocaine, heroin, amphetamine, etc. salt and sugar are slow and insidious. Salt does give you a noticeable temporary high by stimulating the adrenal glands -- just watch the idiots act up at a salt-laddened sports event or observe children

Biggest Myths About Type 2 Diabetes Treatment. Are myths about diabetes keeping you from getting the most out of your treatment?
This is perhaps the biggest myth of all — that if you have diabetes, it's guaranteed that you'll develop serious health issues, such as
vision
loss
, nerve damage, or kidney failure. Fortunately, that's not the case. "We work really hard to avoid reaching that stage," says Taylor.

Need help for Andy Nicholson, TBI warrior BLOCKED by Facebook
I believe Andy has helped thousands of people around the world living with TBI, epilepsy, sleep difficulties,
vision
loss
and many other issues. Facebook has repeatedly blocked Andy so that he can no longer post films. I've started a petition which is doing great - 770/odd posts in a week & a day!

Military member seeking spinal health advice.
Spinal fusion complications post op that required operation 10ish days later. IM still having issues and starting my medical board out of the navy. I know I still have a lot of issues to deal with and I know my body tends to get worse with stress. Do you know of any stress lowering techniques or advice
