They say my thyroid levels are operating normal as that my TSH is 0. Is there any other tips anyone can give me to help speed

I have had bariatric surgery (10 years ago). I've had hashimoto disease for 35-40 years and inject 1cc vitamin B12 per month. I have had low B12 and vitamin D levels. I've lost 15 pounds over the last year due to lack of appetite, wake up tired, and have stomach pains that I think were due to drinking

Hello there, can anyone give me suggestions to stop my partner from biting his tongue. After nearly 5 weeks, he finally has a trachy, before that, he was biting on the tube that went down his throat, his tongue was stuck out a little because of the tube. I have been told it is a habit, but wondered what

Fluttering in throat
I reduced my carb intake to 80g a day and only good carbs. No bread, junk food or daily. I noticed the last 2 days fluttering in my throat. like something moving around. It was really weird. Could this just be diet or my thyroid?

Double vision after tbi
Hey! I'm 22years old and I was involved in a car accident 2 months ago and suffered many injuries. The injury I am most concerned about is the Subarachnoid hemorrhage. I have been discharged from hospital (after being kept in for 10 days) but have had double vision since the accident. If I shut either

Joint pain
In the past I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis then told I had fibromyalgia when I switched rheumatologist. I quit going to doctors and taking meds (hydroxychloroquine, enbrel and mythelprednosolone) and started crossfit which did help until I needed spinal fusion (bounce house not crossfit) which

Hi all, hope this finds you well :) Am on day 21 without cigarettes and yesterday I was at a great friends for a drink, aherm, too many actually!!! It was a huge test for me as I've always smoked heavily when drinking in the past. I passed it without a single hitch and I feel really proud and happy

Pain now or pain later
I'm 30 years old. I had corrective surgery for scoliosis and acute lateral shift when I was 13. I was reasonably fine until about 2 years ago where I started having severe pain in my hip. After over a year of tests and checks it seems that the facet joints at the base of my spinal fusion are rubbing
