5K in 30 Minutes - personal goal achieved :)
Hi All Well, I've done it, I've achieved my personal goal of running 5K in 30 minutes on my third post graduation run. Actually, I did it in 29min 57sec :) My graduation run was 5k in 34min 37sec so tonight's run also resulted in a PB ;) If you have been following my previous posts you will know

Does anyone take Ginkgo Biloba with Warfarin?
I have read that it can cause problems if taken with anti coagulants but thought there may be some good first hand advice available on this forum

Hi there, I would like to know if it's possible for fma to adversely affect the thyroid and throw up false results to a standard test?
I read this on line but my doctor, who freely admits she knows nothing about fma refuses to look at my food diary, she's also told me that a bmi of 41.7 and rising is not enough to even think about bariatric surgery. I have spinal injuries from an rta, arthritis in my elbows, hands, hips knees and an

My largest sulk to date! Feeling fat, frumpy, fraught and fiendishly bad tempered
I am extra bad tempered, I am sick to death of estate agents and conveyancing. The novelty of living out of boxes is well past it's sell by date and so am I! My half packed house has become normality now. I don't even notice the floor to ceiling mountains of boxes, anymore. I did pack things into

Has anyone ever had blurry vision after MRI?
I had an MRI on my ears this week. All fairly straight forward I am not claustrophobic. I have been diagnosed with primary sjogrens and have had pressure in my ears and tinnitus. When I came out of the appointment I couldn't focus on distant objects my vision was blurred with a bit of double vision.

Hi everyone, just wondering how many of you were initially referred to a neurologist for your APS symptoms. My main one was loss of vision.
Finally got right diagnosis & initially put on aspirin but still got
loss
of
vision
. On warfarin now for nearly 2.5 years and no problems. Just wondering how many of you had head MRI's to help get diagnosis. Has anyone else had silent stroke ? I've found my memory still impacted from this.

C25K: Job Done: Graduated!
A beautiful morning for W9R3, and for the first time I was accompanied by himself: Mr SecretJogger, to cheer me out and back on my final C25K run. He settled into his newspaper in the sunshine with swans, ducks and fishermen, and I set off around the lakes, anticlockwise: my contraflow way of avoiding

Dealing with Panic and Anxiety Post Car-crash and with medical issues
Now I have severe anxiety, lots of panic attack, migraines, blurred
vision
, vomiting,
loss
of appetite and pins and needles. I want to improve but I'm scared that fixing this may mean that I don't graduate university this year or losing my weight again.

Hello everyone, as I said in my 1st post, I had been diagnosed with DLE. I wondered if it was progressing to SLE but never went to a rheumatologist due to not having many in my area, and the ones that are do not accept my insurance. As the months progressed, I've have SLE symptoms but shrugged them off
