Twisted ankle - am hopping mad!!
Am so annoyed with myself! Finished C25K a couple of weeks ago and been happily consolidating - getting a bit faster each run. Yesterday met a pal for a long (9 mile) ramble in the Dales, fell and twisted my ankle around mile 6. Finished the walk, drove home, now sporting egg size swelling on ankle

Jenni Murray - book
Has anyone seen any of the interviews she's done to promote her new book about her struggles with weight? She had bariatric surgery a few years back and discusses her experiences with diets etc.

Ten yo with sight loss
Her ten year old son had “an MS episode” last year which resulted in some
vision
loss
in one eye. Since then he’s been treated with several rounds of steroids but nothing has stopped the decline.
